Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Digital Empire Training Co. website and all products, services, tools, training, downloads, and digital resources offered directly by Digital Empire Training Co. Review the description, price, delivery method, and any product-specific terms before purchasing. Where a specific offer provides different terms, those disclosed terms apply to that offer, subject to applicable law. Third-party products linked from this website are sold under their providers’ own terms.

1. Products and services

Our offerings may include digital business training, educational resources, Digital Empire Builder, Resume Revamp, business calculators, work-from-home job listings, and other digital products or services described on this website. Each offer states what is included and whether it is free, a one-time purchase, or a recurring paid service. Purchasing one offering does not automatically purchase or include another.

Digital Empire Builder currently provides an initial free business recommendation, personalized business-building steps, saved progress and notes, work tracking, and automated business Q&A. Paid features require active paid access and are subject to the usage limits shown in the offer. Your purchase includes the features described in the offer at the time of purchase.

Free training and resources do not guarantee any outside provider’s credential or certification. Credentials issued by another provider require that provider’s own requirements to be satisfied.

Builder accounts: After the free result, new customers create an email-and-password account and continue to Square checkout for the $39/month service. Account creation does not by itself unlock paid tools. The assessment is saved with the account to resume setup. Returning customers sign in with their email and password. Existing email-link accounts can use password setup to keep their saved work. Password reset links, when requested, are separate from payment.

Builder learning sections and completion records

Active Digital Empire Builder access includes 52 self-paced lessons in a suggested weekly rotation: business operations, digital systems and automation, marketing and sales, and customer education. Lessons and completion certificates have no additional course or issuance fee. No outside software purchase is required for the activities. Access to lessons and new submissions requires an active subscription. Saved progress and previously issued certificates remain associated with the account after cancellation; issued certificates can still be downloaded.

A section certificate requires all 13 lessons in that topic, practical submissions, and passed knowledge checks. The overall certificate requires all 52 lessons. Practical work is self-reported and not independently graded; the certificate records completion of these activities. Learner names are supplied by the learner, not identity-verified. Certificates are issued by Digital Empire Training Co.; they are not academic degrees, professional licenses, third-party certifications, or accredited qualifications. There is no promise of employment, earnings, business approval, or professional recognition.

2. Prices, payments, and delivery

Prices, currencies, what a payment covers, and delivery or access details are presented on the relevant product page or checkout. Review the total and any applicable charges before payment. Signing in, viewing a free resource, or taking a free assessment does not itself authorize a charge. Payments for our paid services are processed through Square where indicated. Keep your receipt and use the account or purchase-verification details required by your service.

Digital Empire Builder is currently $39 USD per month and renews monthly until canceled. A Builder purchase does not include Resume Revamp or outside software or business expenses. Any change to an existing recurring price will be disclosed before it applies, with any consent required by law. These terms do not authorize undisclosed charges.

Digital delivery may mean access on the website or a downloadable file, as described in your offer. Keep your own copies of important downloads and review generated materials before using them.

3. Cancellation, refunds, and service-specific rules

Digital Empire Builder: Cancel future renewals using Cancel Renewal in your workspace and complete the confirmation. Paid access continues through the paid period shown there. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself issue a refund. Any offer-specific refund conditions are provided before purchase and remain subject to applicable law.

Resume Revamp: Each payment covers one résumé submission. As disclosed on the service page, payments are nonrefundable and a new submission requires a separate payment, except where applicable law requires otherwise. A failed generation of the same eligible paid submission can be retried without a new payment, subject to the service’s access and expiry rules. A new submission, new purchase, or expired access is distinct from retrying the same eligible submission.

Other directly sold products and services: Any cancellation, refund, retry, access-duration, or delivery conditions must be stated in the applicable offer or checkout. For incorrect charges, access problems, or cancellation difficulties, contact us through the contact link below with your receipt reference, not payment-card information. Nothing here removes refunds or remedies required by law.

4. Your account and saved work

Where an offering uses an account, keep passwords, password setup links, and purchase-verification details private and provide accurate information. Only authorize purchases you have the legal authority to make. Do not share another customer's account or attempt to bypass payment, free-assessment, or usage limits. Owner test controls are reserved for the verified site owner. Protect your own copies of important work by downloading your results or exporting your workspace.

When paid access ends, editing and ongoing guidance require renewal. The current service allows saved workspace content to be read and exported after paid access ends; this is not a promise of permanent storage. Material service or retention changes will be communicated before they affect customers where required.

5. Guidance, research, and business decisions

Our training, calculators, resources, and automated business guidance provide educational information. Job listings are links or information about opportunities; Digital Empire Training Co. does not guarantee that a listing is current, that an employer will respond, or that you will be hired. Research employers independently. Resume Revamp uses the experience you provide; verify names, contact details, dates, qualifications, and all factual statements before submitting a résumé to an employer. Our services do not provide individualized legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice. Automated output may contain errors or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations, researching demand, checking requirements, and deciding what actions to take. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, customers, employment, funding, licenses, or any particular business outcome.

Budget-based suggestions are starting points, not verified quotations. Confirm current prices, requirements, taxes, licenses, and other costs before committing money or offering services. You carry out the business-building steps; the service does not automatically operate your business for you.

6. Optional tools and affiliate links

Outside tools, software, advertising, payment-processing fees, and business expenses are separate from the Builder fee unless an offer explicitly says otherwise. Research optional providers and compare features, pricing, trial or free-plan limits, card requirements, transaction fees, cancellation, and automatic renewals. Do not assume that a free trial is a permanent free plan.

Digital Empire Training Co. may earn a commission when you make an eligible purchase through an affiliate link, including links to Systeme.io and Pensight. Linked providers, employers, platforms, and other outside businesses are independent and have their own terms, pricing, privacy practices, and eligibility requirements. We do not control their websites or fulfillment. You do not have to purchase through our links or buy these tools to use Builder. Any provider credentials, certificates, products, or services belong to that provider; our links do not imply its endorsement of Digital Empire Training Co.

7. Materials and intellectual property

Digital Empire Training Co. retains rights in its original lessons, templates, branding, website, and other proprietary materials. You may use materials provided with your service for your own learning and business work. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or claim ownership of our original training materials without permission, except as applicable law permits. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights.

You retain rights you hold in information and materials you submit. You allow us and the service providers needed to operate Builder to process that information to provide, save, and maintain your requested service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your business to us.

8. Appropriate use and information handling

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, confidential employer material, or private client information. Use fictional or anonymized labels in examples and tracked work. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, infringement, malicious code, unauthorized access, or interference with other customers.

Assessment answers and relevant workspace context are processed through Groq to generate guidance. Square processes payments. Account sessions, purchase-verification records, usage-limit records, submitted résumé information, and saved workspace data are used as needed to provide access and operate the relevant service. Résumé generation also processes submitted information through Groq. Do not include information you lack permission to provide. This summary does not replace a separate privacy notice or your consent where required by law.

9. Availability and access restrictions

We work to maintain the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may restrict abusive, unlawful, or security-threatening use. Restrictions do not authorize additional charges or remove rights to refunds or other remedies required by law. Important saved work should also be kept in your own records.

10. Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, prevents a truthful review, or waives mandatory consumer rights. Disputes remain subject to applicable law; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. Material changes will be identified with a new effective date and, when required, notice and renewed consent. Changes do not retroactively authorize new charges.
